A little DIY

So a little update on the little greenhouses from ASDA (which are now pretty full), the build went well. I made the same error on the both of the ones that I built, but overall I found it simple and totally manageable for one person with just a simple screwdriver. The mistake was that there is an inside and an outside for the lid panels, and mine are all on the wrong way. These are not perfect - but they were excellent value and are doing the job really well.

I will be changing the opener bracket things for one that has a channel rather than notches, this is personal preference, but it also allows for more control of the opening size and prevents the wind unlocking the lid from the latch and closing the lid.

Two of these set me back just under £100. They will need treating with a wood preserver (likely leftover fence paint in my case) to maximise their lifespan. Mine were from here: ASDA LINK (not sponsored or affiliate link)
